RAJKUMAR YONJON

This brief video interview was shot back in 2019.

Raj Kumar is a splendid fellow who lived at our house, Asha Kendra, in Kathmandu, Nepal for some years. When he came to us, nobody in his family had ever been to school. He was a street boy who ate food that had been given to the pigs, and he would go scavenging for food at the rubbish dump.

Since this interview, he has become a school principal holding a Master’s of Philosophy in Educational Leadership. He has recently been selected to study towards a Ph.D. Rajkumar is also one of several of our graduates who helps to govern our Nepali organization.
